- Eligibility and Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information and not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, prices, and images accurately. However:
• Colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screens, materials, and production batches.
• Inflatable product measurements may vary slightly because of inflation level, temperature, measuring method, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Packaging, accessories, and minor design details may be updated without materially changing the product.
Please contact us before ordering if a particular specification is essential.
- Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
Adding a product to the cart, submitting payment information, or receiving an automated order email does not guarantee availability or final acceptance. We may contact you to confirm inventory, specifications, quantities, shipping costs, or other order details.
If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we may offer an alternative, adjust the order with your approval, or issue an applicable refund.
- Retail Orders
Selected ready-stock products may be purchased in small quantities through our online shop.
Retail prices, availability, shipping methods, and promotions may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after we verify the required information and accept the order.
- Wholesale Orders
Wholesale pricing and minimum quantities depend on the product, inventory, packaging, carton requirements, destination, and order volume.
Mixed-product orders may be available for selected ready-stock products. Any quotation, minimum order quantity, or wholesale price is valid only for the products, quantities, specifications, and validity period stated in the quotation.
- Custom and Private-Label Orders
Custom orders may include customized shapes, sizes, colors, logos, printing, artwork, packaging, labels, or other specifications.
Before production, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, artwork, spelling, colors, dimensions, packaging, and other order details.
Production may begin after written approval and receipt of the required deposit or payment. Changes requested after approval may cause additional costs and delays and may not always be possible.
Samples and digital images are intended to help confirm a design, but reasonable differences may occur in mass production.
- Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, artwork, images, text, designs, and other materials supplied to us.
You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide. We may refuse content that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VAYNORI retains ownership of its pre-existing designs, production methods, templates, molds, technical knowledge, photographs, and other intellectual property.
- Quotations, Prices, and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or quotation.
Website prices may exclude shipping, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, banking fees, tooling, samples, customized packaging, and other project-specific costs.
Quotations may have an expiration date. If no expiration date is stated, prices remain subject to confirmation because material, production, currency, and shipping costs may change.
- Shipping Costs
If checkout displays “Shipping Cost to Be Confirmed,” the order total does not include the final shipping charge.
We will review the destination, quantity, weight, volume, carton size, and available shipping methods before sending the final shipping cost or invoice.
Customers must wait for our confirmation before making a bank-transfer payment when instructed to do so.
- Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or stated in the quotation or invoice.
For bank-transfer orders, payment is not complete until cleared funds are received. Banking fees and intermediary charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Wholesale and custom orders may require a deposit, balance payment before shipment, or another payment schedule stated in the quotation or invoice.
We may suspend production or shipment if payment is late, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified.
- Shipping and Delivery
Processing, production, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delays may occur because of production schedules, carrier operations, weather, customs, inspections, port congestion, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for paying additional costs resulting from incorrect information, refused delivery, failed delivery, or failure to collect a shipment.
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and local clearance requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Cancellations and Changes
Ready-stock orders may be changed or cancelled before packing or shipment, subject to our confirmation.
Wholesale and custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed after artwork approval, material purchasing, printing, packaging, mold preparation, or production has begun.
If we approve a cancellation, costs already incurred and non-refundable payment-processing or banking fees may be deducted from any refund.
- Returns, Damage, and Claims
Return eligibility depends on whether the product is ready-stock, wholesale, customized, used, inflated, or damaged.
Custom, logo-printed, private-label, made-to-order, and most wholesale products are not returnable for change of mind.
Damage, shortage, defect, or incorrect-product claims must be submitted promptly with the order number, affected quantity, photographs, videos, packaging images, and other reasonable evidence.

- Product Use and Safety
Customers must follow product instructions, warning labels, age recommendations, weight limits, and applicable safety guidance.
Inflatable water products are not life-saving devices and do not replace adult supervision or approved personal flotation devices.
Never leave children or non-swimmers unattended near water. Product suitability depends on the specific item and its warning label.
Customers, importers, distributors, and resellers are responsible for confirming that products, labeling, advertising, and use comply with applicable laws and standards in their destination market unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAYNORI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, labor disputes, power or network failures, government actions, trade restrictions, carrier disruption, port congestion, or customs delays.
